6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate service location and vehicle information

Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians

Be present or ensure authorized access to the vehicle

Failure to meet these conditions may result in service cancellation or additional charges.

8. Service Limitations

AlphaTread reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where:

Working conditions are unsafe

The vehicle is inaccessible

The requested service is not feasible or may cause damage

9. Warranty and Liability

9.1 Service Warranty

We strive to provide high-quality services. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Working conditions are unsafe

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

9.3 Vehicle Condition

AlphaTread is not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues unrelated to the service performed.

By using our website, you agree not to:
